The legendary Dubai Police Force fleet

The Dubai Police Force is legendary for its fleet of exotic sports cars, all painted in uniform colours. It’s a show stopping display of some of the world’s most luxurious vehicles.

The main reason behind these ultra-expensive rides is to enhance patrolling abilities of the law enforcement agency. But let’s be real, it fits in perfectly with Dubai’s reputation as one of the most opulent cities in the world with plenty of fast cars on its roads. Why should the police be any different?

The Dubai Police Force invested in their first supercar way back in 2013, when they bought a Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4. This is one of the fastest production cars ever made and cost around AED1.5 million back in 2013. Since then, they have been building on the fleet.

Inspired by the Chevrolet Tahoe, the Ghiath comes from the UAE automaker W Motors. It is built specifically to serve the needs of law enforcement, featuring facial recognition and an advanced communication system which is linked to the main command room of the Dubai Police. While it is not a supercar, it is an ideal crime-fighting SUV for the police force.

These are just a few worthy mentions out of hundreds of vehicles that daily patrol tourist spots of Dubai mostly. Besides the above-mentioned vehicles, Dubai Police also own various other hybrids, trucks, SUVs, and motorbikes in the fleet.
